Lovely small and quirky place, I enjoyed very very helpful personnel.

The stay was fine and I would book here again. Many things to mention - everything was reasonably clean, fabulous food, great views. The location was excellent: a bazaar and touristy shops were within walking distance. I was surprised at nearby Gulhane Sur Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks. The service was personalised, no complaints whatsoever. Besides, I parked on site.

Gorgeous food for savoury breakfast. Decent staff, early check in. Amazing location right by Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque as well as the waterfront, stylish rooms. Situated only 1 km from Basilica Cistern...

Spectacular views, magnificent and incredible setting.

Huge standard double room, lovely beds. A lot of facilities like: central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card. Easy enough to find, in the centre of Istanbul.

No reason to complain, the venue met needs. Had lovely stay in September. The location of this hotel adjacent to Hagia Sofea, and sightseeing was wonderful. Luckily it was close to Caferaga Medresesi, had pastries there when it was rainy outside😃🙂

Besides, the location was wonderful and fantastic for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of a large museum. The area was main touristic short walk to the Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque and SultanAhmet sq, Hagia Sophia and the Palace, and all major sights. The room we had included central heating, an individual safe and LCD TV.

My standard queen room was fashionable and neat. I really enjoyed the breakfast experience, the hotel served great food.

Amazing and absolutely fantastic breakfast with a huge variety of fresh foods. Located right in the heart of the city. Near the Hippodrome, Aya Sofya and Topkapi museum, Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet mosque, hamams and the sea.

My room included central heating, a safe and multi-channel television. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was savoury with plenty of options in the terrace. The service was excellent during my stay. Furthermore, I was offered free Wi-Fi in all rooms, which allowed to work from the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Firstly, the location was absolutely ideal - I could easily walk to all the main attractions in Sultanahmet. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms had lovely views of the surrounding buildings, which added to the charm of the hotel. Lastly, the breakfast served on the rooftop with its amazing seaside view was simply superb.

I recently stayed at Esans Hotel in Sultanahmet for 5 days while exploring the local markets and historic sites. The staff, especially Engin and Chetin, were incredibly helpful, recommending reputable merchants and arranging a fantastic city tour. The hotel itself is a charming ancient Turkish building with a lovely rooftop breakfast. The location is perfect, close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and authentic feel.

Hotel location is very strategic -- on a quieter road but within minutes walking to the major sites of the old city. Engin Coskun and others are very nice and helpful. The room is tastefully decorated. Breakfast selection is interesting.

There are no stairs and our room was on the 3rd-top floor. We are young and healthy so that is ok, but make sure you are comfortable with this. I do wish there is railing I could hold on to though. The roof top can be better furnished with chairs and tables with umbrellas.

It was a unique and quaint hotel, nesteled in a traditional building. Views of the sea were glorious, the room was large and adequate. The services were excellent, including tasty and wonderful breakfasts and private parking if needed.
